ALL-NEW HYUNDAI I20 BASE MODEL PRICE STARTS AT RS 6,79,900 LAKH

 The Hyundai i20 launched today with the base model price of Rs 6,79,900 lakh. 

ENGINE OPTIONS:-

- 1.2 l kappa petrol engine

- 1.0 l turbo GDi petrol engine

- 1.5 l U2 CRDi diesel engine

These three engines are offered in four different trims, Magna, Sportz, Asta, and Asta(O) respectively, Magna being the base variant and Asta(O) top of the line variant. Transmissions available are 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, intelligent manual, intelligent variable, and 7-speed dual-clutch respectively. The prices and availability of different variants, and transmission for three engines are as shown below.

The prices announced are till 31st December 2020 only.

Power and torque figures:-

For 1.0 Turbo GDi Petrol Engine-  120 Ps max. Power and 171 Nm of Torque

For 1.2 Kappa Petrol Engine- 83 Ps for Manual and 88 for IVT with 115 Nm of Torque

For U2 CRDi Diesel Engin- 100 Ps of max. Power and 240 Nm of Torque

Hyundai Motor India Limited has offered i20 with 50 accessories available in dealerships.

SAFETY

This BS6 compliant i20 comes equipped with 6 airbags, Hill Assist Control (HAC), tire-pressure monitoring system with the display on MID, Vehicles Stability Management (VSM), Emergency Stop Signal (ESS), Electronic Stability Control(ESC), Rear Parking Camera with guidelines which also helps to see the rearview without an engaging reverse gear.

INTERIORS

This time i20 has some best in segment features, which includes Digital Cluster with TFT MID, blue ambient lighting, leather-wrapped gear know and steering wheel, rear arm-rest, fully automatic temperature control (FATC), front and rear USB sockets, glovebox cooling, push start-stop button, electric sunroof.

HEADLAMPS

Lower two trims (manga, sportz) are offered in halogen units whereas asta and asta(o) are offered in LED projector setup with cornering lamps.
